Tim is a senior residential property solicitor with over 40 years' experience, during which he has specialised in many complex and high value transactions for a wide range of clients across the country.
Joining Rowlinsons in 2026 as a consultant, Tim brings deep technical expertise in conveyancing, including freehold, leasehold and investment property which he uses to support the growing and successful residential property team.
Formerly a Partner and Head of Conveyancing in two north-west law firms, and prominent member of conveyancing industry bodies, Tim is able to supply extensive experience and knowledge to his role.
Outside of work Tim likes to spend time with his family (including two grandchildren) and is a passionate follower of sport, including rugby league and is a former company secretary of Warrington Wolves RLFC. Tim is also a local parish councillor.
