The new office will be located at 3 Royal Court, Tatton Street, Knutsford, WA16 6EN, providing a convenient base for clients in the town and surrounding areas.
The move marks an exciting period of continued growth for Rowlinsons, following the firm’s major success at the British Conveyancing Awards 2026, where it received six honours, including Conveyancing Firm of the Year North, Partner of the Year for Tom Parkinson and the Conveyancing Excellence Award.
The Knutsford office will support the firm’s wider commitment to delivering high quality, accessible legal services to individuals, families and businesses across Cheshire. Clients will be able to access advice across a range of legal services, including residential and commercial property, family law, private client matters and commercial law.
The firm is also recruiting for additional staff to be based at the new Knutsford office, supporting its continued growth and helping to ensure clients receive the same high standard of service across all Rowlinsons locations.
