Samuel joined Rowlinsons Solicitors in May 2025 having practised for seven years at a law firm in North Wales and previously at a regional East Midlands firm. Prior to this, Samuel completed his Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School and graduated from the University of Derby with a 2.1 LLB law degree. During his training contract, Samuel gained exposure to civil litigation, contentious probate and commercial property matters.
Samuel's areas of expertise include Will drafting and estate planning, Lasting Power of Attorney, Trust creation, Court of Protection applications and administering estates with both UK and foreign assets. Samuel also has a wealth of experience of working with high-net-worth individuals and business owners focusing on estate planning, tax advice and business Powers of Attorney to ensure both personal and business assets are protected.
As well as being able to advise on a wide range of matters, Samuel prides himself on providing a high level of service, swiftly progressing matters and delivering advice in a manner that puts the client at ease. Samuel is a fluent German speaker with a solid understanding of technical vocabulary on legal matters. He enjoys running and keeping fit in his spare time.
