Noel’s career in property law began 17 years ago as an assistant in a firm of Wirral solicitors. He became a conveyancing executive seven years later and, since then, has worked on a variety of matters at a range of firms.
He has experience in freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, adverse possession and bridging finance to name a few. He recently came from a firm based in Greater Manchester where he dealt mainly with Right-To-Buy transactions.
Noel is currently studying CILEX and outside of work enjoys walks, classical music and is a keen member of the Church of England (though he can do without the meetings).
