Katie is a solicitor within the Commercial Property Department. She became a Chartered Legal Executive in 2016 and then became a solicitor in 2021. During her legal career she has developed significant knowledge of property, landlord and tenant and housing law.
Katie has experience in a wide range of residential and commercial property matters. She deals with the buying, selling and refinancing of properties and sales and purchases of land.
Katie also deals with advising both landlords and tenants on commercial lease agreements, assignments of leases, guarantor arrangements and rent deposits.
Katie works for a variety of clients including individuals, companies and SIPP Trustees.
Outside of work Katie enjoys hiking and spending time with family and friends.
