Following a successful 12 months raising money in aid of our Charity of the Year 2021, the team have now selected their Charity of the Year 2022.
The decision wasn’t easy with three excellent and worthy charities in the running, however the team at Rowlinsons collectively decided that fundraising efforts would be best directed to local charity SPACE.
SPACE is a Chester based charity founded in 2014 by four parents of children with disabilities and additional needs. SPACE provides a fun, safe and accessible environment in which these children can play and learn.
They also provide support and resources for their parents and carers. They aim to relieve the isolation experienced by families who have children with additional needs and give them support and an opportunity to socialise, learn new skills and discover hidden talents without worry or prejudice. SPACE gives children the opportunity to develop their confidence, improve their communications skills all whilst having fun in a safe space.
