Rowlinsons Solicitors is delighted to announce that employee Nicky Jones has completed her legal training and as a result has qualified as a Solicitor, joining their Commercial Property team as of 16th May 2022.
Within the Commercial Property department Nicky will work with individual and corporate clients on matters such as lease work, purchases and development of land, landlord and tenant matters and leasehold enfranchisement. During her training Nicky also gained experience in dealing with multi-million pound re-financing for new build development schemes and worked with SIPP Providers to purchase commercial property into pension funds and provide ongoing support.
Nicky started her two-year training contract with Rowlinsons in 2020 and previously completed the Legal Practice Course in June 2019.

Having previously worked as a Youth Offending Service Officer and Court Officer Nicky has already shown tremendous commitment to changing her career path as exemplified by her not only securing a distinction on the Legal Practice Course, but also a high commendation on the Graduate Diploma in Law. We’re delighted she has qualified with the firm I wish her the best of luck as she moves forward in the next stage of her career.
