Rowlinsons Solicitors are delighted to announce that the firm has been shortlisted for two prestigious awards at this year’s Modern Law Conveyancing Awards 2025: Commercial Property Team of the Year and Rising Star of the Year for Ally Stretton.
The Modern Law Conveyancing Awards celebrate excellence and innovation across the conveyancing sector, recognising firms and individuals who set the highest standards in client service, professionalism and leadership. The awards ceremony will take place at the iconic Titanic Hotel in Liverpool on the evening of Thursday 20th November 2025.
The shortlisting for Commercial Property Team of the Year reflects Rowlinsons’ continued success in delivering a first-class service to clients across a broad range of commercial property matters — from complex transactions to strategic development projects.
Meanwhile, Rising Star of the Year nominee Ally Stretton has been recognised for her outstanding contribution to the firm’s property team as a whole, demonstrating exceptional client care, technical ability and a proactive approach to professional development.
Tom Parkinson, Director and Head of Property at Rowlinsons Solicitors, commented:

The shortlisting is a reflection of the hard work, expertise and dedication of everyone at Rowlinsons. We place great emphasis on maintaining high standards of service and supporting the development of our talented people, so this recognition is particularly rewarding.”
Ally Stretton, Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Property Department added:
“It’s a real honour to be nominated for Rising Star of the Year. I’ve had incredible support and guidance from the team at Rowlinsons, and I’m proud to contribute to a firm that values both client service and our own professional growth.”
