Peter qualified as a solicitor in 1973 after working in a west country general practice for two years. After this he joined the College of Law and lectured law students and solicitors on a range of different legal topics.
Retiring from the College of Law in 2009, Peter became a legal consultant and has since contributed to a number of legal publications used by practitioners, including: Halsbury’s Laws of England (Wills and Intestacy volumes), and Tolley’s Administration of Estates. He has also co-authored two books: Wills - Practical Guide and A Practitioner's Guide to Wills
While Peter’s expertise spans a whole spectrum of legal issues, he is particularly knowledgeable in the area of Private client work, including Wills, intestacy, trusts and estate planning.
When he’s not playing golf, Peter likes to partake in DIY and dog walking.
