Charlotte qualified as a Solicitor in 2022.
During her degree, Charlotte completed a placement year at Rowlinsons Solicitors as a Legal Assistant and after qualifying as a Solicitor, she rejoined the Commercial Property Department at Rowlinsons and specialises in Commercial and complex Residential Property matters.
Charlotte works with small to medium sized businesses and Limited Companies, Developers, Charities and SIPP Trustees. Day to day, Charlotte supports clients with Commercial Leases for Landlords and Tenants, Assignment of Leases, Commercial sales and purchases, Refinances for properties and development sites including dealing with lenders requirements. She also has experience in dealing with more bespoke and complex transactions such as Private Mortgages, Deeds of Easement, Deeds of Variation, Transfers of Part, Option Agreements and Overages.
As members of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP), Charlotte also deals with Lease Extensions and Purchases of the Freehold interest whether this be via the voluntary or the Statutory Route.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her friends and family as well as ticking places off her travel bucket list.
