Ally joined Rowlinsons in 2019 and has developed a vast understanding of Property Law.
She works closely with a variety of clients including developers, small and medium sized businesses, individuals and SIPP Trustees on a wide range of commercial and property related matters.
Ally regularly advises on commercial lease agreements for both Landlords and Tenants and handles the acquisition, disposal and financing of land and commercial property including private security arrangements such as mortgages, debentures and personal guarantees.
Ally also has experience in advising on a range of complex matters including Overage and Development Option Agreements whilst also working alongside Paul McCord in handling business acquisitions and disposals. In 2025 Ally was shortlisted in the category 'Rising Star of the Year' at the Modern Law Awards.
Outside of work, Ally enjoys spending time with friends and family.
