We’re delighted to announce that Rowlinsons has again been successful in retaining the Law Society’s Lexcel Practice Management Standard.
Following a rigorous process the Lexcel assessor commended the firm on having 14 areas of good practice and particular note was given to our mobile conveyancing app and the client feedback we receive.
The assessor’s report stated: “The firm was well positioned to manage the impact of the pandemic, with systems in place to operate remotely. Good use has been made of various platforms such as Zoom and Slack for ongoing communications and information sharing. The firm’s conveyancing app has been successfully launched this year which has not only proved timely but also supported good service delivery. Client feedback remains impressive in terms of quality and quantity.”
Managing director Andrew Graves said:
“We are delighted to have been awarded the Law Society Lexcel Quality Mark once again. The award reflects the hard work and professionalism of our team who go above and beyond to help clients. It has been a challenging year for most businesses, so to receive such high praise from the assessor is a great achievement.
The Coronavirus pandemic was the first real world test of our business continuity plans and IT infrastructure for mass remote working. We were able to adapt to the new environment relatively quickly and I’m extremely proud of the way our staff approached the situation and were able to continue providing excellent client service.”
