The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Post Completion Assistant to join our Property Team.

Main responsibilities

  • Promptly prepare all applications to be sent to the Land Registry following completion;
  • Submit all applications to the Land Registry both electronically and manually within agreed timescales;
  • Prepare correspondence and documents to clients and third party organisations;
  • Diligently and accurately maintain a database of all applications and associated critical key dates;
  • Accurately and efficiently update records within our case management system;
  • Liaise effectively and accurately with professional organisations and internal team members;
  • Provide administrative support to colleagues within the Property Department as  required;
  • Undertake any specific training when required taking responsibility towards self-development;

Required qualifications, skills and experience

  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Exceptional keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent IT and audio typing skills.
  • The ability to develop and maintain spreadsheets using software such as Microsoft Excel or similar.
  • Previous experience working in a professional or legal environment is preferable.
