You can then proceed knowing that following the auction you are unlikely to experience any issues with the property that could potentially render it unsaleable or unmortgageable.

If you are successful at the auction we can also assist with the post auction completion process (which is usually required to take place within 28 days) and the subsequent registration at the Land Registry.

Alternatively, if you are selling a property at auction our team can prepare the necessary auction pack required by the auctioneer and draft the special terms of the contract.  After the auction we will bring the sale to a conclusion and of course account to you for the proceeds.
