Billpay Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy is in addition to your rights as set out in the Terms of Business issued to you at the start of your matter.
If a payment is made via Worldpay and you subsequently request a refund, where eligible, we are able to process a refund provided we have not already utilised the funds on your behalf. Any refund will be paid net of any Worldpay or Streamline charges and less any costs and disbursements that we have incurred up to that date.
